Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders take 4-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends) to process. This DOES NOT include shipping. We cannot control how quickly our carriers deliver your package so please expect shipping delays during the holidays. Please refer to the standard shipping timelines for our carriers below:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days.
  • USPS First Class: 1–5 business days.
  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days.
  • DHL Worldwide Express: 7–10 days

International shipping

Some but not all of our products will ship internationally, but special cases can be made by request. Please allow an additional 7-14 standard business days on top of the order processing timeline.

Stolen or lost packages

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For any lost or stolen packages, please first contact your shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

After you've done that, please send us a message, so we can work to get you a refund or replacement.
